Community Guidelines

UKPlayHubGames exists to bring players together in a fun, fair, and welcoming environment. Whether you are spinning the reels, challenging the dealer, or chatting with other players in the community hub, these guidelines exist to make sure everyone — regardless of background, experience level, or play style — feels safe and respected. By accessing the platform, you agree to uphold these standards at all times.

Respectful Conduct

Every member of UKPlayHubGames deserves to enjoy their time on the platform free from harassment or hostility. We expect all players to:

• Treat other players with courtesy and respect in all community interactions, including chat features, leaderboards, and community forum posts.
• Avoid the use of offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or nationality.
• Refrain from targeted harassment of any individual, including repeatedly messaging someone who has expressed they do not wish to engage.
• Keep disagreements civil — healthy debate about strategy and game mechanics is welcome, but personal attacks are not.
• Be patient and welcoming towards newer players who are still learning the games and platform features.

Fair Play

The integrity of every game on UKPlayHubGames depends on all players competing honestly. To preserve that integrity, players must:

• Play games using only legitimate, intended game mechanics — exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended features to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Operate only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional starting coins, circumvent restrictions, or manipulate leaderboard rankings is not permitted.
• Refrain from using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Not collude with other players in competitive contexts in a way that artificially manipulates outcomes or rankings.
• Accept game outcomes graciously, whether wins or losses — the platform is designed for entertainment, not guaranteed victory.

Age & Safety

Beyond the age requirement, we ask all players to take care of their own wellbeing and that of others. If you notice another player expressing distress, referencing self-harm, or displaying signs of problem gaming behaviour, please use the report function or contact our support team. Prohibited Behaviour

The following actions are explicitly prohibited on UKPlayHubGames and will result in enforcement action up to and including permanent account suspension:

• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a UKPlayHubGames staff member, or any public figure.
• Scamming or Deception: Attempting to mislead other players through false information, fake giveaways, or social engineering.
• Spam: Flooding community spaces with repetitive messages, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant external links.
• Malicious Content: Sharing links to malware, phishing sites, or any content designed to harm other users' devices or accounts.
• Exploitation of Promotions: Abusing bonus systems, referral schemes, or promotional offers in ways not intended by their design.
• Sharing Illegal Content: Posting, linking to, or discussing any content that is illegal under UK law, including but not limited to content involving minors, extremist material, or copyright-infringing media.

Reporting Violations

If you witness behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can use the in-platform report button found on community posts and player profiles, or contact our support team directly via the Help Centre. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and treated confidentially. Please provide as much detail as possible — including usernames, timestamps, and screenshots where available — to help us investigate effectively. We do not tolerate retaliation against players who make good-faith reports.

Consequences

UKPlayHubGames operates a graduated enforcement system. Minor or first-time violations may result in a formal warning or temporary restriction of community features. Repeated offences, or single incidents of serious misconduct such as harassment, exploitation, or illegal content, will result in permanent account suspension with no right of appeal. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including suspension without prior warning, when the safety or integrity of the platform or its players is at risk. All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the UKPlayHubGames moderation team. If you believe an action has been taken against your account in error, please contact us through the Help Centre within 14 days of the decision.
